PHARMACY STREAM

OPJS University Brings the best course for all the individuals who have passed 12th from any stream or graduated in sports. B.Pharma course and M.Pharma Course under Bachelor of Ayurvedic Pharmacy is an undergraduate course in Ayurveda that lasts four years. The course covers Ayurvedic Formulas, ayurvedic manufacturing processes, and raw materials used in ayurvedic medicine. It is a full-time job-oriented program.

Students studying Bachelor in Ayurvedic Pharmacy will study the pharmaceuticals and medications employed in Ayurvedic medicine. In the course, you will learn about pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution, just as in the regular B Pharmacy program. It differs significantly from other B Pharm programs in that it only covers Ayurvedic pharmaceuticals and treatments.

These topics include Ayurvedic drug production, formulations, raw materials, modern drug manufacturing, and standardization of drugs, quality control, modern and traditional manufacturing processes, and drug store management and dispensing. All aspects of medicine production are handled by a manufacturer who holds a BA Pharmacy degree in Ayurveda.

Combining theory with practice is the fundamental concept of this course. Several scientific disciplines are integrated into the bachelor's degree in Ayurvedic Pharmacy. The Bachelor of Ayurvedic Pharmacy degree is well known in the medical field. Expertise and competence are critical in these fields.

Ayurvedic Pharmacy Bachelor's Admission Criteria

• • Students who have successfully achieved the twelfth standard in science (Mathematics or Biology PCM/B) can enroll in this expert course.
• • The GPAT, AIIMS, BITSAT, LPUNEST, and other tests are administered for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Pharmacy programs.
• • Applicants 5% reduction from 55 to 50 percent, or an equivalent grade reduction, may be granted to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/differently-abled categories as determined by the Commission from time to time.

There are various career opportunities available to job aspirants, including working at manufacturing facilities, becoming a quality control officer, and obtaining a position as a junior lecturer in a prestigious institution. One can also establish a pharmacy. Private and public jobs are available.

Many government-funded and private organizations that manufacture Ayurvedic medications seek graduates who hold a Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy. Amongst the types of pharmaceutical companies, there are Ayurvedic Hospitals, Ayurvedic Retail Pharmacies, Medical Stores, and Research and Development. Clinics can be opened by graduates after graduation. On average, a doctor earns 70,000 rupees per year.
